About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Stock Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication and support for our valued suppliers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. International Supplier Support: Providing timely and efficient support to international suppliers through various channels, including email and phone.

  2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our platform and inventory management systems.

  3. Query Handling: Addressing and resolving supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.

  4. Collaboration and Internal Support: Collaborating closely with sales, development, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless processes, efficient problem-solving, and timely support for data-related queries.

  5. Integrations: Working with various integration points like APIs, FTP, SFTP, Google Sheets, and more to ensure data accuracy and system connectivity.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related field

  2. Good understanding of SQL and ability to write and execute queries

  3. Experience in providing live support and handling international customer inquiries

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Analytical mindset and ability to identify root causes of issues.

  6. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with suppliers and internal teams

  9. Experience with diamonds or the jewelry industry is a plus

  10. Basic knowledge of coding or a strong desire to learn is advantageous

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience handling API-related issues

  2. Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati (verbal)

  3. Coding experience

  4. Exposure to Data Analysis
