Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Lahore. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure high customer satisfaction on mission-critical IT systems. They will work closely with clients in various sectors to resolve technology-related challenges and support the successful completion of IT projects.

Qualifications

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues across VMware, Server infrastructure, and Storage platforms.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Customer Support Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality support with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

IT Infrastructure Experience: Hands-on experience in IT support, including backup solutions, virtualization technologies, and related systems.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Adaptability & Efficiency: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as VMware (VCP) or equivalent, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Senior or equivalent in IT support or infrastructure.
