About the Role:

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insights on e-commerce performance.

Your key deliverables will be to:

Operational Analytics

• Track upcoming deliveries to ensure timely stock availability
• Analyze Sell-Through Rates to assess product performance
• Monitor stock levels across different regions and identify potential stockouts
• Evaluate sales trends to optimize promotion planning
• Identify high-demand and slow-moving products to inform teams
• Develop and manage budget projections based on historical data and market trends
• Provide weekly sales forecasts to support decision-making on daily spend
• Align financial forecasting with demand planning to prevent overstocking or stockouts

Inventory Analytics

• Conduct deep-dive analyses into inventory movement and turnover rates
• Monitor items transitioning from zero stock to replenished status
• Analyze Omni fulfillment ratio to measure the effectiveness of multi-channel order fulfillment
• Identify inventory gaps and recommend strategies to enhance stock availability and minimize losses

Marketing Analytics

• Track key marketing KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Provide insights into campaign performance, identifying successful channels and areas for improvement
• Analyze customer engagement with marketing initiatives to refine targeting and messaging

Customer & Experience Analytics

• Monitor customer engagement metrics such as retention and repeat purchase behavior
• Analyze customer experience trends based on feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores
• Identify pain points in the customer journey and recommend improvements
• Track and evaluate service levels, including delivery times and post-purchase support

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, IT, BBA or similar field.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.
