Your responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and company policies, maintaining our reputation for integrity.
  • Manage budgets prudently and allocate resources effectively to support business success.
The experience we're looking for
  • Proven senior management experience within the IT & D sector.
  • Successful track record in driving business growth and meeting financial targets.
  • Strong leadership skills that promote team development and high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable at all organizational levels.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset capable of navigating a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and engaging diverse groups to achieve shared goals.
