Role Description
This position is responsible for Pre-Sales and Proposal Management activities, with a focus on ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. The role requires proactive collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to thoroughly understand client requirements (including RFPs, bids, and other solicitations). The goal is to ensure that proposals are not only well-crafted and compliant but also strategically aligned with the client's needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Independently manage the end-to-end Proposal/bid lifecycle from RFP receipt to proposal submission, ensuring timely and complete responses.
- Ensure proposal quality, compliance with internal processes, and alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate proposal/bid progress and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to drive efficient proposal development.
- Lead requirement analysis, identify risks, define bid strategy, and support solution development to craft competitive and compelling proposals.
- Collaborate closely with products and technical teams to map solutions and accurately respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations.
- Develop a strong understanding of InfoTech's service offerings to effectively position solutions in proposals.
- Gain familiarity with InfoTech's intellectual property (IP) solutions and map them effectively against client requirements.
- Oversee risk management throughout the proposal/bid process, including identifying risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and resolving related issues.
