Technical Solutions Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team in the Middle East regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for engineers looking to hone their problem-solving skills and work on challenging projects. As one of the leading system integrators, we specialize in integrated solutions to control, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes with over 30 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for the Middle East regions. They will have experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems, with a deep understanding of the proposal process - integration of subcontractors and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing proposals that meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborating with international teams to drive customer-centric solutions and manage departmental matters.
  3. Focusing on improving sales team effectiveness by supporting international technical teams and developing integrated systems and tools.
  4. Aligning the team with internal key stakeholders and ensuring task completion within agreed timelines.
  5. Strategizing during the pre-sales cycle to mitigate risks and minimize project execution impact.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in proposal development and industrial automation. Strong business writing and communications skills are essential, as well as fluency in both written and verbal English.

The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and solve customer problems with seamless solutions.
