Position Overview:
As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) in our outbound call center, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products/services offered.
- Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and pricing to customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match those needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changes and embrace continuous learning.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications, finance, or technology industry is a plus.
