Scope: Ice Cream Supply Chain

Reports to: Logistics Manager IC

Location: IC Factory, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Purpose: Supervise all operations of the BOF warehouse, including receiving finished goods from production, storing, and dispatching, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsible for process updates and continuous improvement to foster a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise warehousing operations following safety standards.
  2. Manage warehousing team, including labor and supervisory staff.
  3. Maintain optimal warehouse utilization and inventory control.
  4. Coordinate with engineering for PTWs and with production for timely receipt of finished goods.
  5. Work with QA to ensure timely release of goods.
  6. Ensure temperature standards are maintained and deviations addressed immediately.
  7. Coordinate logistics for vehicle loading and planning.
  8. Manage BOF expenses, procurement, and vendor payments.
  9. Oversee MHEs and equipment maintenance.
  10. Design KPIs for team performance and lead improvement initiatives on safety, cost, and service.
  11. Develop team competencies through training and empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years in warehousing/transportation.
  • 1-2 years in team management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office.
