Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the BPO and staffing sectors (US, UK, KSA or other geographies as applicable).
  • Generate high-quality leads through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, databases, and marketing automation tools.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and manage prospect lists, contact databases, and lead tracking reports.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize lead generation strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the brand professionally while engaging with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the BPO or staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management best practices.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented, analytical, and driven by results.
