Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Design Sales, particularly on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Proposal Management: Respond professionally and creatively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support sales strategies and enhance brand awareness.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to contract closure, ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as per company objectives.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales, or Marketing.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT or Digital Services sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience in freelance platform sales (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer).
  • Strong understanding of Digital Services such as Web Development, Graphic Design, SEO, and Content Writing.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
