Ibex, for one of it's client, is looking to hire a Junior Claims Processor. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing claims submitted by customers or clients. The Claims Processor ensures the timely and accurate processing of claims, verifies documentation, communicates with customers, and works in collaboration with other departments to resolve claims issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Review and Processing:

  • Receive and review claim forms, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and complete.
  • Process claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Verify accuracy of claim information and check against policy details to ensure eligibility.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate with claimants to request additional information or clarify details.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of their claims, providing updates as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns by offering timely solutions and support.
  • Coordination and Collaboration

Claims Analysis and Reporting:

  • Review claims for compliance with company policies, identifying potential fraud or discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing claims reports as per client's requirements.
  • Adherence to Procedures and Deadlines:
  • Follow strict guidelines to ensure timely processing and settlement of claims.
  • Adhere to internal controls and audit requirements to maintain claims integrity.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the claims processing system.

Requirements:

  • Accounting background/BBA/MBA Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with claims management software (SAP) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operational activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
