Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Showroom based in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and driving sales. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, managing inventory, and maintaining showroom appearance. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge
- Conduct in-store product presentations and demonstrations
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet individual and team targets
- Maintain showroom layout and inventory displays
- Follow up with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Support daily operations and team coordination
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience, preferably in home appliances or kitchen products
- Product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits effectively
- Basic inventory handling and organizational skills
- Confident problem-solver with the ability to close sales
- Self-motivated and goal-driven; able to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Experience in a retail showroom environment is an advantage.
