We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive sales of digital marketing, web design, and branding services in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling marketing services to clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our digital marketing, web design, and branding services in the USA and Canada.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively demonstrate the value of our services to clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitor activity, in order to continuously improve our sales approach and service offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0.5 years of experience in B2B sales (Call Center), preferably in digital marketing, web design, or branding services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
