Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor in procuring, liaising with vendors for office items, vehicles, and meeting arrangements.
  • Support maintenance, renovation and infrastructure activities of ICAP Lahore office.
  • Coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, workshops, seminars, and/or events.
  • Assist in implementing security policies and monitor shifts of security team.
  • Maintain and update records, handle maintenance of office vehicles, and assist in day-to-day ad-hoc tasks/assignments.
Job Specifications

Education & Experience:

  • The Candidate should at least hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 01 year of working experience in general administration.
Skills Required

Skills:

  • The Incumbent should have excellent task and time management skills, ability to deal with different stakeholders while demonstrating problem solving and conflict management skills with immediate decision making.
  • The Candidate having proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills will be preferred.
