Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Stay at the forefront of beauty trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  2. Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our salon products, including creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and coordinating with influencers.
  3. Brand Management: Ensure that our salon product lines align with our brand values and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, collect feedback, and analyze data to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure product launches are successful and on-brand.
  6. Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing collateral, product knowledge, and training to effectively sell salon products.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
