Job Title: Human Resources Professional">

The Salon HR Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Salon and its employees. A strong focus is placed on retailing, services, and sales goals within these areas, with the HR Manager responsible for meeting those objectives. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional client experience from initial greeting to warm farewell in the Salon.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing sales, staff, schedules, and product; ensuring operational and merchandising functions of the Salon are in place and utilized to attain maximum profitability, productivity, and superb client service. This includes assisting in employee oversight for Attendants, Concierge, and Massage Therapists when necessary.

Expected Results:

To provide effective and efficient leadership of staff, management of products, inventory, client service, and employee relations. Client satisfaction is paramount, taking precedence over sales. Providing excellent client service ensures retention of clients for the future and promotes business growth.

Job Specification

Experience:

  • Candidate must have leadership experience, minimum of supervisory role
  • 1-2 years hospitality experience preferred
  • 2-3 years Salon experience preferred
  • Experience with POS software, advantageous

Job-Related Skills:

  • Financial Management: inventory, sales reports, forecasting, and planning
  • Proficient in excel, word, and outlook, and retail point of sales system
