Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registry & Exam Support Facilitator to join our growing team at the Islamabad Liaison Office. You will play a critical administrative role in supporting academic operations including exam coordination, timetabling, records management, and student support.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in academic administration, student records, or exam support services who want to work in a dynamic, educational environment committed to quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exam & Assessment Management:
  • Coordinate internal and external exam logistics, collect grades, prepare reports, and liaise with awarding bodies.
  • Data & Records Administration:
  • Maintain accurate student records using Student Management System (SMS) and SITS software; update internal boards and timetables.
  • Results Processing:
  • Check board sheets, highlight discrepancies, organize internal boards, handle re-take/re-sit lists, and follow up on missing or disputed results.
  • Student Support & Queries:
  • Handle student queries with empathy and professionalism; assist students with grade clarification, extensions, and mitigation requests.
  • Assist in creating termly timetables and support the Attendance Officer with register data.
  • Work cross-functionally with Registry, academic, and student services teams to ensure compliance and seamless service delivery.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Education, Administration, or related field)
  • 2+ years of professional experience (academic/educational admin preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and student record systems (e.g., SMS, SITS)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality handling
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
