Job that really gives you a good start of the career. First 3 months are of training as well as of probation in well-equipped learning environment. Team Leads shall help you to follow your training program to reach your goals of Telesales marketing.
In training period consists of introduction to tools and business along with day-to-day operations tasks/ assignments.
Working with real time client's business process outsourcing solution tasks, where you shall be adding value through your skills.
Supporting supervisors and Team leads in day-to-day operations tasks. Running campaigns and reporting all the information back to managers as well as team leads. Disseminating and Delegating tasks if necessary.
Qualification & Requirements:
Fresh Graduates
Excellent English Communication Skills are of utmost significance
