
Marketing Head – Growth

As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll run the show across all paid acquisition and retention channels, from Google to Meta to Amazon, building data-driven campaigns that bring in high-value customers and drive revenue at scale.
What You'll Be Driving
·Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, Amazon & beyond
·Multi-channel campaign execution, testing, and iteration
·Email & marketing automation to increase retention and LTV
·Smart budget allocation to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC
·High-level growth forecasting with daily performance monitoring
Your Experience Should Include:
·5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing in fast-moving e-commerce
·Proven ability to profitably manage six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
·Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising
·Strong skills in data analytics, attribution modeling, and LTV forecasting
·Experience with large and diverse product catalogs
Success Metrics
·Achieving and sustaining 3x+ ROAS across core channels
·Launching and scaling new channels within your first quarter
·Building high-converting email flows and lifecycle campaigns
·Lowering acquisition costs while scaling revenue rapidly
