We're Hiring: Head of Marketing (Onsite – Islamabad)

Weightless is a next-generation weight loss clinic combining GLP-1 medications (like Mounjaro/Wegovy) with digital care: nutrition, fitness, 1:1 support, and smart tracking. We're helping people lose weight - and keep it off sustainably.

We're now hiring our first Head of Marketing to lead growth, brand, and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role onsite at our HQ in Kickstart I-10/3, Islamabad.

What You'll Own

  • Growth strategy across paid, organic, SEO, and CRO
  • Brand and messaging across all channels (ads, web, socials)
  • Content + lifecycle (emails, blogs, campaigns, CRM flows)
  • Product marketing for new feature rollouts
  • Reporting directly to founders and building the marketing team
  • Have 5+ years in growth or marketing (health/DTC a plus)
  • Have scaled paid acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Love writing and storytelling that converts
  • Can balance strategy with execution—landing pages, funnels, tools
  • Understand (or are excited to learn) how to ethically market healthcare products
  • Work on a mission that truly changes lives
  • Help shape a brand from the ground up
  • Get equity and competitive pay
  • Work in a fast, kind, product-driven team
