Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT (U.S. Central Time)

Position Summary:

Advanced Asset Management is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing operations across our residential property portfolio and corporate brand. Based in Pakistan, this remote leadership role will drive strategic campaigns, paid advertising, reputation management, and growth initiatives across the U.S. market.

The role involves managing and guiding the existing team members focused on property marketing and corporate branding, and scaling the department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage end-to-end marketing for all properties: ILS listings, paid ads, social media, reviews, and lead tracking
  • Run and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Facebook with strong CPL and ROI focus
  • Oversee and maintain property profiles on Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.
  • Design content calendars, promos, and visuals to increase lead flow and engagement
  • Monitor and improve online reputation through review responses and resident engagement
  • Build and execute marketing for Advanced Asset Management as a brand (B2B and recruiting)
  • Support market research and competitive surveys to guide pricing and ad targeting
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, portfolio expansion, and branding
  • Manage and optimize the company website, blog, and SEO content
  • Create marketing materials for ownership groups, investors, and recruiting campaigns
  • Lead a small marketing team (design, content, ad ops) and coordinate with U.S. leasing/ops
  • Build reporting dashboards to track CPL, conversion rates, and ad performance
  • Partner with leasing, finance, and compliance teams to align occupancy and revenue goals

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years in marketing (real estate, proptech, or B2C digital preferred)
  • Deep hands-on experience with Facebook/Google Ads, ILS listings, and SEO
  • Familiarity with Entrata, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools
  • Strong content, branding, and ad optimization skills
  • Experience in leadership and cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills
