Requirements

  1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a similar role in the E-commerce or Fashion industry.
  2. Graduation, Master's degree, or related fields.
  3. In-depth knowledge of eCommerce order management.
  4. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and other CRM tools.
