What is a Customer Services Specialist?
As a Customer Retention Specialist, your mission is to engage with customers at the brink of cancelling their policies or considering renewal. Your goal is to maintain high retention rates by providing outstanding service and offering effective solutions.
Responsibilities of Customer Services Specialist:
- Engage with customers over the phone to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities.
- Use proactive retention techniques to turn cancellations into opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and USPs.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct negotiations that are fair to both the customer and the company.
- Promptly address customer queries and complaints.
- Work closely with our UK team, sharing updates on customer interactions.

- Experience in managing KPIs.
