Role

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth transition of resources between projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery leadership to fulfill resource requirements efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining the online database of shared resources within the team
  • Aid in tracking the release of resources from projects and facilitate their allocation to subsequent assignments
  • Keep the Manager of Talent Allocation updated on the overall status of resourcing requests and highlight any potential challenges
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resourcing-related queries from internal stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate potential issues to stakeholders and manage their expectations to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay informed about ongoing and upcoming resourcing requirements within the organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized procedures for talent allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Resource Allocation and Workforce Planning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in MS Office and resource management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
