Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated Junior Network Engineer to support our growing IT infrastructure projects. The candidate will assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices and services across various client locations, working under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in network device installation, configuration, and support – including switches, access points, and firewalls (Juniper, Cisco).
  • Support Wi-Fi access point migration and onboarding via Juniper Mist.
  • Conduct basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting (Layer 1/2).
  • Perform rack mounting, cable patching, and structured cabling work as required.
  • Work closely with the project team to execute deployment tasks according to schedule.
  • Assist with inventory management, documentation, and label verification.
  • Coordinate with on-site and remote teams during network upgrades and cutovers.
  • Participate in handover and power redundancy testing for all installed devices.
Skills & Technical Experience:
  • Basic understanding of network protocols, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
  • Familiarity with Juniper EX switches and Mist Access Points (preferred).
  • Hands-on exposure to Cisco switches, patching work, and LAN deployments.
  • Ability to use mobile apps for AP registration and onboarding.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site and travel between locations if needed.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • JNCIA – Juniper Networks Certified Associate
  • CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

Candidate must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
