  • Singapore Based (Changi Naval Base, project office at Lavender area)
  • 5.5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday full day)
  • Salary: $4000 to $5000 (depends on experience)
  • Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities under the BCA; possessing quantity surveying skills is a plus; experience in a marine construction company is favorable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD

Job scope
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants & subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and executed accordingly.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead supervisors, engineers, and workers to carry out their tasks accurately and timely, ensuring site works meet client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, seeking stakeholder approval for sign-off.
  • Handle multiple minor projects concurrently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing timely updates to management.
  • Possess good knowledge and experience in civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, piling, A&A, plumbing works, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
