Role Overview – Assistant Manager (Accounts & ERP)

We're looking for asmart, proactive, and tech-comfortableindividual to join our Lahore office. The selected candidate will assist the CEO in accounting, ERP, client supervision, and internal operations — offeringreal exposure,learning, andgrowth into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and reporting
  • Bank reconciliations, payables/receivables
  • Payroll processing and tax filings
  • Supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives

ERP Management

  • Data entry & validations
  • Master data management (COA, products, partners)
  • Client ERP onboarding and support
  • Documentation and training on ERP usage

Internal Projects & CEO Assistance

  • Support business development activities
  • Assist CEO in preparing presentations, reports, and models
  • Coordinate internal audits, SOP drafting, and trainings
  • Participate in strategy sessions and planning

Requirements

  • Education:B.Com / BBA / ACCA / CA Inter / Equivalent
  • Experience:2–3 years in accounting + exposure to ERP systems
  • Tools:MS Excel (basic to intermediate), Accounting software, Odoo preferred
  • Language:Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Soft Skills:Punctuality, reliability, communication, ability to multitask
