Responsible for retaining, deepening, cross-selling, and growing the business with COD customers. This position involves prioritizing customer opportunities, focusing on accounts with the greatest potential, creating contacts, monitoring contractual compliance, and addressing customer inquiries.

Job Description:
  • Develop new business and retain existing clients through telephonic sales.
  • Educate customers about the company's products and expand business through deepening and cross-selling.
  • Handle and resolve ongoing business and invoice queries or complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with customers by assisting them and acting as their advocate in resolving business issues (e.g., claims, damages).
  • Follow up on sales leads identified during customer calls and provided by senior management to close prospective sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Collection, Billing, and Operations teams to meet customer needs, increase sales revenue, and secure payments within established timelines.
Experience & Requirements
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree (Fresh graduates may apply).
  • No experience required; preferably 1 year in sales or business development.
