Business Development Manager Needed

We are a leading Pakistan-based freelancer company working on logo designing, websites, video animations, mobile app & digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior experience in handling sales and projects (US in particular). The position holder will be responsible for carrying out sales-related activities for our online designing websites.

The ideal candidate should have past experience with Upwork / Freelancer.com.

Job Responsibilities
  1. The prime responsibility of the individual is:
  2. Have knowledge of virtual branding services (graphic design, web design and development, mobile apps, video animation, online marketing).
  3. Maintain team targets and individual targets assigned by management.
  4. Identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key product features to acquire new business.
  5. Have meetings with team members and clients and proceed to completion of projects.
  6. Maintain customer records for tracking sales processes and monitor project status.
  7. Provide customers with valuable guidelines to motivate them to launch new projects.
  8. Find upgrades/up-sell opportunities and follow up on new leads and referrals.
  9. Should have software/website quality assurance testing experience.
Candidate Skills
  1. Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
  2. Dedicated, disciplined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  3. Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
  4. Enjoy working in a target-driven team environment.
  5. 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field (digital marketing & software selling).
  6. A-level educational background will be preferred.
