Area Sales Manager – Islamabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and motivate sales teams within assigned areas.
- Monitor sales performance DSR Wise, Channel Wise, Town wise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for sales teams when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Strongly focus on the GWP practices, to avoid D&E, which may loss of all stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate high-performance sales teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales management roles within the FMCG industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- 3-4 years of experience in the same position within the FMCG industry (preferably)
- Strong experience in general trade and modern trade (preferably)
- Cold Chain Experience (preferably)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
