We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Business Analyst.
In this role as a Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Owning requirement gathering and data analysis issues, ensuring their resolution by engaging appropriate teams.
- Leading the discovery of regulatory projects, working with all source system BAs, and ensuring the data journey is reported.
- Creating Business Requirement Documents.
- Creating Functional Scenarios for functional testing if required, supporting business teams.
- Analyzing customer journeys and product functionality, creating mapping documents, and providing inputs for TOR / Project Charter, Test Strategy, Implementation plan, and Non-Functional Requirements.
- Coordinating with business teams to obtain sign-off for production deployment.
- Providing Post-Production Support after Go-live, addressing business queries, and ensuring compliance with HSBC processes, procedures, and controls.
