Job Title: Cold Email Outreach Specialist / Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through personalized cold email campaigns, leveraging B2B data sources, and optimizing outreach strategies. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM and lead generation platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Source and qualify B2B leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data sources.
  2. Cold Email Outreach: Create, manage, and optimize personalized cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  3. CRM Management: Maintain and organize lead data in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  4. Data Accuracy: Ensure all collected data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date for effective targeting.
  5. Reporting: Track outreach performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and prepare regular reports for the team.
  6. Strategy Optimization: Analyze campaign results to improve email templates, targeting strategies, and lead generation processes.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
  2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other lead generation tools and CRMs.
  3. B2B Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
  4. Communication: Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging cold emails.
  5. Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
  6. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
