Job Type:Full-Time | On-site

Experience Required:2–3 Years (US/UK Market)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cold Outreach:Run targeted campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to engage new leads.
  • Inbound Lead Management:Respond to leads from our website, social channels, and referrals.
  • Prospect Qualification:Research and qualify potential clients—or close them when you can
  • Campaign Management:Create and manage high-performing outreach campaigns.
  • Lead Tracking:Keep CRM data organized and analyze campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2–3 years of experience in lead generation/outreach, with a strong focus on theUS/UK markets
  • Prior experience working with anIT services company
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools likeLinkedIn,Apollo.io, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Instantly
  • Proven ability to writeattention-grabbing cold email proposals
  • A self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence to handleinitial sales closureswhen needed
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies

Bonus Points For:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
