Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing key back-end operational processes such as KYC verification, risk assessments (RAs), supplier follow-ups, and product or service listings. You will ensure smooth operational workflows, maintain compliance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

KYC and Compliance

  • Conduct KYC checks and verify documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update customer records securely and accurately.

Risk Assessments (RAs)

  • Assess potential risks associated with clients, suppliers, or processes, providing timely reports to stakeholders.

Supplier Management

  • Follow up with suppliers for documentation, order updates, and other necessary communications.
  • Ensure all supplier records and agreements are current and accurately maintained.

Operational Support

  • Assist in refining and implementing back-end processes for greater efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal teams.

Contacting Customers & Scheduling

  • Reach out to customers to schedule handbacks and collections efficiently.

Logistics Coordination

  • Schedule rides with 3PL partners for marketplace suppliers to streamline delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, KYC processes, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, and database management.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
