Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Corporate Sales Executive to generate and manage B2B sales opportunities in housing societies, government departments, municipal bodies, and NGOs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits, identifying tender opportunities, and building long-term relationships with institutional clients for products such as road safety equipment, dustbins, storage tanks, and public utility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to housing societies, municipal corporations, government departments (such as PWD, Urban Development, etc.), and NGOs.
- Promote company products including road barriers, plastic and metal dustbins, water/storage tanks, traffic safety equipment, and other civic utility items.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and tenders, especially with local bodies and NGOs.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit bids or proposals for government and NGO tenders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with internal departments (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of visits, sales, and follow-ups using internal systems.
- Stay updated on relevant market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in public utility or construction-related products.
- Strong knowledge of government and NGO procurement/tendering processes is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client and site visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office
