We are looking for a talented SQA Automation Engineer to strengthen our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. Job Summary

We are looking for a talented SQA Automation Engineer to strengthen our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Enhance and maintain existing automation test frameworks and test suites.
  • Perform various types of testing including regression, functional, smoke, API, and performance testing.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
  • Document test progress and defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
  • Experience in scripting with Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Familiar with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, PyTest.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Comfortable with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and bug tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and the overall SDLC.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Experience with performance/load testing tools like JMeter, Locust.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
