Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales Specialist located in Lahore. The Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Daily tasks include handling customer support queries, closing sales deals, providing detailed product information, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
