About the Job:

Are you an experienced leader in media buying, eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing team? At DollarNests, we specialize in maximizing traffic monetization through search and affiliate channels, connecting high-quality traffic with relevant ads. With over a decade of industry experience, we have ambitious growth targets and are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

If you have a strong ability to make strategic decisions, execute campaigns effectively, and have an eye for detail all while focusing on optimizing the bottom line then you could be the perfect fit for this role. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance ROAS and drive campaign success.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.

- Efficiently manage channel-specific budgets to ensure optimal ROI while meeting campaign objectives.

- Oversee campaign performance, making real-time adjustments and providing daily reporting on key metrics.

- Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Manage campaigns across a range of platforms, including but not limited to:

- Meta Ads

- Google Ads

- Taboola Ads

- TikTok Ads

- GDN Ads

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in digital media, managing ad campaigns for both domestic and international markets.
