
Business Development Executive

MCubed is seeking a versatile and results-driven Business Development Executive / Digital Marketing Expert / Distribution Lead to drive organic and inorganic growth. This multifaceted role will focus on client acquisition, brand building, lead generation, and establishing MCubed as a premier employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Growth Strategy:
- Develop and enhance MCubed's organic social media presence through consistent content creation and engagement on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Respond promptly to queries and messages.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research across social media, forums, and search engines; conduct targeted outreach to establish relationships.
- Create visually appealing client proposals that align with branding standards.
- Design social media posts and develop professional decks and presentations.
- Ensure MCubed is listed on relevant online directories, industry forums, and marketplaces.
- Optimize the MCubed website for improved search rankings and lead generation; publish blog articles, client testimonials, and valuable resources.
- Develop and implement an effective email marketing strategy, including automated outreach campaigns.
Inorganic Growth Strategy:
- Execute lead generation strategies through social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads for bulk lead acquisition.
- Implement and manage a CRM system to track leads efficiently.
- Conduct large-scale outreach campaigns and automate initial query handling via chatbots.
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential prospects for engagement.
- Develop referral and affiliate programs to encourage satisfied clients to refer new business.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid ads, outreach initiatives, and organic growth strategies, adjusting campaigns based on key metrics.
Talent Outreach & Recruitment (Pakistan Focused):
- Promote MCubed as an employer of choice by creating content that showcases company culture, work environment, and employee benefits; share success stories and testimonials.
- Conduct campus outreach to attract top talent.
Post-Launch Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Continuously optimize and scale marketing strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Enhance lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates, including refining email sequences and qualification procedures.
- Identify new markets and channels for expansion, exploring partnerships with industry influencers and strategic alliances.
- Drive brand development and public relations efforts, securing features in industry publications and organizing webinars or podcasts to establish MCubed's authority.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficient in graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for growth and collaboration.
