We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Automation SQA Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user stories.

2. Design and develop automated test cases and test scripts for web and backend applications.

3. Execute and maintain automated test suites using testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).

4. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

5. Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

6. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide updates on automation progress and quality metrics.

7. Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.

8. Contribute to the creation of test documentation including test plans, test data, and result analysis.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a software QA/testing role, with a focus on test automation.


• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).


• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).


• Experience in both functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security).


• Solid understanding of SQL for database validation.


• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) is a plus.


• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.


• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the QA domain.
