About the role:

You will be working on different projects of site acquisitions along with dealing with the stakeholders involved in it.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Develop and implement Opex and Capex strategy models for the business unit, addressing future financial periods.
• Lead Rolling forecasting and budgeting for payments related to all TP-owned sites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.
• Prepare and report monthly financial accruals for prepaid rental payments, conducting variance analyses against budgets based on GL codes.
• Design and execute financial risk assessment strategies, identifying control weaknesses and proposing process improvements to mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare and deliver business plans, financial projections, and performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.
• Lead and manage leases and amortization processes in compliance with IFRS-16 using Oracle Fusion, while overseeing ERP implementation and Oracle financial management aligned with accounting principles.
• Manage end-to-end tower owner transactions, including 10,000+ payments, lease agreements, NOCs, ownership changes, and related documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate site acquisition activities, ensuring alignment with rollout targets and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure governance and compliance for HQ-driven Lease Management (LM) & Site Acquisition (SA) projects, while resolving complex landlord and authority-related operational challenges.
• Align Operational Excellence (OE) objectives with company strategy, ensuring seamless and efficient business operations.
• Supervise the lease documentation process, ensuring compliance with TL 9000 standards, and develop innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Ethics & Compliance teams to manage internal and external audits and ensure vendor compliance.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a motivated and balanced work environment while driving operational and financial excellence.

Your typical day at work:

• Oversee the monthly processing of payments for rentals and NOCs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in both online and manual disbursements.
• Lead coordination efforts for financial and BTS reconciliations with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Manage BTS operations for new rollout sites, including NOCs, addendums, and related documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as PMO, Legal, PGA, BPA, Treasury, and Tax, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of Operational Excellence (OE) targets, including lease renewals and rental reduction initiatives.
• Oversee the documentation processes for Rollout, Lease Renewals, and Rental Reduction projects, ensuring proper archiving and compliance.
• Supervise and optimize document storage management, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining secure access.
• Provide leadership and close supervision for site acquisition activities, ensuring smooth coordination with both insourced and outsourced vendors to meet rollout targets.

What are we looking for?

Education: MBA Finance

Work experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience especially in lease management & site acquisition domain.
