Transportation Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our mission of delivering high-quality AI services that revolutionize how transportation authorities manage and maintain road infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a particular focus on pavement condition analysis. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions is desirable, along with the ability to mentor junior analysts and lead project teams.
- Lead the data annotations program, overseeing a team of annotators.
- Responsible for quality assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in the development of AI-based procedures including identification of distresses, extents, and severities.
- Manage the integration of pavement condition data with enterprise-level transportation systems, ensuring seamless interoperability with GIS and asset management platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts in PCI processes, survey technologies, and data interpretation, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering or technology-related products.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in programming (e.g., Python) is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
