It develop sophisticated technological solutions to troubleshooting a network issue, those in information technology need to have a level of empathy that allows them to see exactly what a client or co-worker is dealing with and calmly help them achieve their goal or solve a problem.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various functions related to human resources. The role also includes strategizing on HR issues, providing support to employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
