We are looking to hire an Accountant/Accounts Manager to oversee our company's accounts and finance. The role involves working in an office environment, primarily handling finance related to the real estate, property, and construction sectors. You will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of multiple projects undertaken by the company.

Duties:
  1. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  2. Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  3. Prepare accounts and tax returns.
  4. Monitor spending and budgets.
  5. Audit and analyze financial performance.
  6. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  7. Advise on cost reduction and profit maximization strategies.
  8. Compile and present financial and budget reports.
  9. Ensure compliance of financial statements and records with laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain and update accounting books and systems.
  11. Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  12. Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures.
  13. Process payments via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Qualifications:

Preferably hold a specialization degree in finance and accounting. Candidates should have substantial work experience in the field and a thorough understanding of essential financial concepts. Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
