About the Role:

We are looking for a Paid Marketing & Growth Strategist to join our team and lead performance-driven initiatives for both TheSkinFit (our established beauty brand) and upcoming in-house and client-based DTC brands.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer with strong experience in paid ads, CRM journeys, affiliate programs, and eCommerce growth. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration across marketing, creative, SEO, and social teams to deliver full-funnel results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Marketing Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.

Scale campaigns for TheSkinFit and launch performance strategies for new in-house brands or client eCommerce stores.

Monitor daily KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, and drive budget-efficient results.

  • CRM Journey & Retention

Design and execute email/SMS CRM flows (abandon cart, welcome, win-back, churn reduction, etc.).

Monitor CLS (Customer Lifecycle Score), churn ratio, and align retention campaigns with the user journey.

Use platforms like Klaviyo or similar to maintain engagement and boost LTV.

  • Strategic Growth & Planning

Develop quarterly growth goals and month-on-month business targets across paid and owned channels.

Propose channel diversification strategies so that reliance on paid media is balanced.

Forecast growth and media spend based on data insights and campaign learnings.

  • Team Collaboration & Traffic Building

Collaborate with the social media team to bring qualified traffic and complete the full-funnel journey.

Work with the SEO/content team to build organic traffic and landing page relevance.

Oversee messaging consistency and campaign timing across all platforms.

  • Affiliate & Partnership Growth

Plan and manage affiliate marketing campaigns and partner activations.

Track referral performance and integrate affiliate learnings into performance media planning.

  • Requirements

3–6 years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics).

Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Strong background in CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.

Good understanding of funnel marketing, LTV, churn, and customer journeys.

Prior experience launching and managing DTC or Shopify-based eCommerce stores.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and performance collaborations.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
