What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/Display).
• Develop tailored campaign strategies for audience segments including Bitcoin investors, Private Deals, Roth IRA accounts, and Founders.
• Build and maintain live performance dashboards reporting on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Set up and optimize tracking infrastructure (e.g., Meta Pixel, UTMs, Google conversion goals, etc.).
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign types to optimize ROI.
• Partner with design and content teams to develop high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Lead and Founders to align campaign performance with brand and business goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SEC marketing rules and gated content practices.

• A performance marketer with a strong growth and experimentation mindset who brings structure and insights to paid media execution.
• Someone who knows how to scale campaigns profitably, and is comfortable working with both creative and technical components of advertising.
• A team player who thrives in startup environments and understands the stakes and nuance of advertising in financial services.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.

Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools for reporting and optimization.

Ad Skills: Strong instincts for ad copywriting, landing page conversion, and creative briefing.

Industry Bonus: Prior experience in fintech or financial services and awareness of compliance requirements.

Tech Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven content tools or automated ad workflows.

Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-obsessed.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) for exploration and modeling.
• Contributions to crypto projects or open-source communities.
• Prior experience building systems for trading, investment analysis, or digital asset platforms.
