Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for Consologist by identifying and securing new clients in the Amazon seller ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and skilled in leveraging freelance platforms, social networks, and other channels to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow Consologist's client base, focusing on Amazon sellers needing PPC management, audits, optimization, and related services.
- Platform Utilization: Actively apply for projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and similar platforms; create compelling gigs, profiles, and proposals to attract clients.
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Use creative and ethical means (e.g., email campaigns, networking, content marketing, partnerships) to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch Consologist's services, including free PPC audits and toolkits, to potential clients; negotiate deals and close sales.
- Market Research: Analyze trends in Amazon advertising and e-commerce to identify new business opportunities and refine strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics, such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue impact, to ensure results-driven growth.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to grow business in a digital or e-commerce environment; must demonstrate results-oriented mindset.
- Experience applying for jobs/projects on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, or similar (e.g., creating gigs, submitting proposals).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- References to previous work or projects required (e.g., successful client acquisitions or platform profiles).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or freelancing in the Amazon/e-commerce space.
- Existing profiles or success stories on Upwork, LinkedIn, or Freelancer.
- New candidates without direct experience are welcome if they can showcase relevant knowledge, passion, and a quick-learning attitude.
