Overview

Source Pivot is a premier market research and consulting firm. As our team expands, we're looking for someone who can ensure smooth and secure management of our domain and email systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage company domain, DNS records, and email systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar).
  • Ensure email deliverability and reputation (avoid blacklisting, handle SPF/DKIM/DMARC setups).
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to mass emailing, spam filtering, and email security.
  • Support the team during domain-related updates, migrations, or mergers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with domain & email administration.
  • Familiarity with DNS management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Knowledge of security best practices to protect against phishing, spoofing, and spam.
  • Experience with email deliverability tools is a plus.
