We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about education and skilled in customer communication. Your primary role will be to manage and convert leads from platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and email, guiding interested parents through the enrollment process and providing a seamless, helpful experience.

A Sales Executive for an academy in Islamabad, Pakistan, is responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth. This role involves managing leads, converting them into enrolled students, and ensuring a positive experience for both parents and students. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Indoor and outdoor Marketing
  • Both indoor and outdoor marketing play vital roles in an effective marketing strategy, as they target consumers in different contexts, ensuring that brands can reach their audience through multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead Management:
  • Identifying and nurturing leads from a variety of sources, such as online platforms and referrals.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Presenting the academy's programs and services to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process, and finalizing their registrations for outdoor clients such as school management, colleges, and other sectors related to our courses.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with outdoor clients, such as school management, colleges, and other sectors related to our courses, ensures customer satisfaction and retention among parents, students, and staff.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales goals and KPIs.
  • Customer Service:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service during the sales and enrollment process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent ability to build rapport, present information effectively, and handle inquiries.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or training industry.
  • Problem-solving:
  • Ability to address concerns and find solutions for prospective students and their parents.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Managing multiple leads, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with Digital Tools:
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Educational Background:
  • A bachelor's degree in fields such as business, marketing, or education is often preferred.

Types of Sales Roles:

  • Inside Sales: Working from the office, using phone and email to engage with prospects.
  • Field Sales: Meeting potential students and their families by visiting schools, homes, or other locations.
