Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud SME & Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in managing complex HCM projects, providing expert solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve business processes.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the agreed timeline.
  • Provide expert solutions for the Oracle Fusion HCM modules in the implementation scope.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure project alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Lead the implementation team through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify functional gaps in the HCM product and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist the HCM team in mapping and streamlining business practices to align with Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.

Key Responsibilities include leading the implementation team, guiding them through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and UAT, as well as identifying functional gaps in the HCM product and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, are also required.
